We’re asking teachers and students around the world to tell us about their education experience as part of the first-ever Global Education Census. How do you get to school? Which languages are spoken in the classroom? What are your hopes for the future? The answers will provide us with unique insights about learning and teaching around the world and help us to develop the first-ever Global Education Census Report — due out in September 2018.

Chitkara International School in Chandigarh, India, takes a highly innovative approach to curriculum development. Using research from Chitkara University (part of the same educational trust), the school uses the skills required by higher education and employers as the basis for a teaching programme designed to give students both academic and career success.
